How to make cranberry sesame cookies

1.Weigh all raw materials for later use

2. Just soften the butter at room temperature and chop the cranberries

3.First add the eggs, butter and icing sugar and mix well, then add the flour bit by bit, do not add it all at once. After the dough becomes fluffy, add sesame seeds and cranberries and mix until the surface is smooth. The dough should be slightly softer, and no water is added during the whole process.I didn’t bother to take photos during the interview process, please forgive me! Then, shape the dough into a long strip and wrap it in plastic wrap.If you have a mold, you can put it into the mold to shape it.If you don’t have a mold, shape the dough into a square shape and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 1.5 hours to 2 Hours.

4. After freezing, cut into 0.5 cm pieces, and preheat the oven to 150 degrees Ten minutes, place in the oven at 140 degrees and bake for 15 minutes (you can see the surface is slightly yellow when baking). The oven temperature can be determined according to your own oven.

5. The cranberry sesame biscuits are out of the pan, and mine are a bit crowded., don’t crowd it too much when putting it in the baking pan!
Tips
The dough should not be too hard. The dough should be frozen for at least 1 hour. The oven temperature should not be too high.Turn off the oven when the surface is slightly yellow.
