How to make milk toast

1.Put all raw materials except butter into the bread bucket.Be careful not to put yeast, salt, and sugar together.Put them on one side and turn on the dough mixing function.Knead into a smooth dough and add softened butter.

2. Continue kneading until a fine film can be pulled out, rounded and fermented.

3. Ferment until it is more than twice the original size.Laugh.Take out the exhaust gas and divide it into three equal parts.Roll them into balls.Then relax for 15 minutes.Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long tongue shape.

4. Fold both sides in half towards the middle.

5. Then roll it up and let it rest for 15 minutes.

8.Place the lower shelf of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

10.It is very soft when cut into slices.
Tips
In order to prevent excessive coloring during the baking process, you can cover it with a tin halfway.
