How to make almond cookies

1. Soften butter at room temperature and cut into small pieces.

10. Preheat the oven, set the upper and lower heat to 160 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 25 minutes.Turn off the heat and continue to keep the residual heat.Simmer for about 10 minutes, then transfer the baked biscuits to the baking rack and let them cool.
Tips
The butter must be taken out of the refrigerator 1 hour before making to allow it to soften.The best degree of softening is that you can press your fingerprint easily with your hands.
