Cheese: protects teeth and bones
Eggs: nourishes blood
Ingredients
Cheese ( 50g ) | Corn oil ( 60 grams ) |
Fine sugar ( 60g ) | Low-gluten flour ( 250g ) |
Corn starch ( 100g ) | Eggs ( 2 ) |
Baking powder ( 4g ) |

1.Prepare all materials

2. Soften the cheese and beat it into a paste with a whisk.

3.Add egg liquid and stir evenly

4.Add fine sugar and corn oil, stir evenly with a whisk

5.Sift in low-gluten flour, cornstarch and baking powder

6.Use a rubber spatula to stir the dough, knead it into a dough (do not knead as hard as kneading dough), and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

7. Roll it into a 3-5mm thick piece and press it into a round piece with a bottle cap

8.Poke four holes with a straw and place them on the baking sheet

9.Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 3-5 minutes, and bake the middle rack for 15 minutes (you can also cover it with a layer of tin foil)
Tips
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for a while, the dough will harden and become easier to shape! I didn’t cover it with tin foil, I personally think it’s drier this way!
