1.Weigh the various ingredients well Save for later

2. Thawing egg tart crust

3.Mix the eggs, light cream and milk evenly

4.Sift the flour into the stirred liquid, stir until there is no dry powder, and pour in the condensed milk
5.Sift the prepared egg tart water

6. Use a spoon to pour the egg tart water into the egg tart shell, until it is eighty full

7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees , cook the middle layer up and down for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven temperature
Tips
I have made many versions of Portuguese egg tarts.I personally think that condensed milk can be omitted.I have reduced the amount of sugar based on my experience.
