How to make egg tarts
1. Mix the cream and milk, add sugar and heat over low heat.Cook until the sugar is completely melted.Turn off the heat.After it cools down, add the beaten egg liquid and mix well.
2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, place the tart shell on it, and pour in the prepared tart water.Fill it almost half full, and then add an appropriate amount of yellow peach.I didn't have yellow peaches and added apples, but they were not as delicious as yellow peaches.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the middle and lower layers, and set the lower tube to 100 degrees.About 20 minutes.It's ok if the surface is burnt yellow.

4.Baked.Apple pieces were added, but it obviously didn't taste as good as the yellow peach.I also made it original.It tastes great too.
