Egg tart crust ( 11 ) | Milk ( About 200ml ) |
Sugar Powder ( About 30 grams ) | Egg yolk ( Three ) |
Custard powder ( a little ) | Whipping cream ( 50g ) |
How to make classic egg tarts

1.First take the egg tart shell out of the freezer and place it on the baking sheet.

2. Stir the milk, powdered sugar and custard powder together.Some recipes say to add corn Starch, because it is present in powdered sugar, so I omitted it! Stir the egg yolks into liquid and add them to the milk mixture, then add Nestlé whipping cream.Use a sieve to filter out air bubbles and some solids!

3. Add the egg tart liquid, how much you add depends on your mood! Haha

4. Preheat the oven for five minutes, up and down 180℃! Add to baking sheet and it’s ready in about 25 minutes!
