Purple sweet potato ( one ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 6 spoons ) |
White sugar ( 2 tablespoons ) | Sesame ( One tablespoon ) |
Baking powder ( 2g ) |
How to make purple sweet potato sesame balls

1.Peel and cut purple sweet potatoes into thin slices, steam them in a pot

2. Split the sugar with warm water, wait for it to cool, then pour it into the glutinous rice flour, add baking powder and knead evenly

3.Knead into a soft ball
4.Press the steamed purple sweet potato into a puree
5. Divide the glutinous rice flour into lumps of even size
