Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 120g ) | Eggs ( 40 Grams ) |
Vegetable oil ( 40 grams ) | Aluminum-free baking powder ( 1g ) |
Salt ( 1g ) | Powdered sugar ( 20g ) |
Pumpkin ( appropriate amount ) | Instant oatmeal ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Low-sugar and low-fat oatmeal pumpkin pie Recipe

1. Prepare the required ingredients , wash and dry the pumpkin and set aside for later use.

2.Put eggs, vegetable oil, powdered sugar, and salt together.

3. Stir until it is integrated and no oil is floating.

4.Add low-gluten flour and aluminum-free baking powder.

5. Stir evenly into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

6. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices.

7. Roll the dough into a pancake with a thickness of about 3mm with oiled paper on top and bottom.

8. Use a plate to press circles on the surface of the dough.

9.Place the pumpkin in as shown in the picture.

10. Wrap the dough around as shown in the picture.

11.Sprinkle instant oatmeal for decoration.

12.Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 160 degrees, about Bake for about 15 minutes.

Tips
Cut the pumpkin slices as evenly thick as possible.
If you like sweetness, you can add about 10 to 15 grams of powdered sugar.
