How to make apple pie

1. Soften 75 grams of butter at room temperature, sift in the flour, and knead it with both hands until it looks like corn kernels.Add milk to form a dough.Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

2. Preheat a small pot over low heat, add the remaining butter, pour in the apple cubes, stir-fry until apple juice comes out, add sugar, stir-fry and cook until thick, turn off the heat and cool.

3. Take out the refrigerated dough, roll it into a 0.5 cm thin sheet, put it into the pie mold and press it to fit, and gather the excess dough into a ball.Poke some small holes in the bottom of the pie crust with a fork, pour the cooled apple cubes into the pie crust, and spread evenly.

4. Roll the remaining dough into a thin long shape and cut it into noodles about 0.5 cm wide.Cross it horizontally and vertically, and make a mesh pattern on the surface of the pie with apple slices, press the two ends firmly with the tart shell, and brush the surface with egg wash.Put it in the oven and heat it up and down at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
