Tips
1.When frying sesame balls, the oil temperature should be low first and then high to facilitate the expansion of sesame balls.During the frying process, keep pushing and squeezing the sesame balls with a spoon so that the sesame balls are heated evenly to avoid burning.
2.The amount of white sugar should not be too much.If the sugar content of the sesame balls is too heavy, they will turn golden in color before they are mature during the frying process. If they continue to be fried, the surface may be burnt and the taste may become bitter.
3.The sesame balls should be eaten while they are hot so that they taste crispy.Because glutinous rice noodles are difficult to digest, don’t eat too much at one time.
