Pumpkin: Reduce swelling
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 400g ) | Glutinous rice flour ( 300g span> ) |
White sugar ( 40g ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin pie

1.Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.Steam the pumpkin or heat it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

2. Add white sugar to the steamed pumpkin while it is hot and mash it into a puree.

3. While hot, mix the pumpkin puree and glutinous rice flour evenly with chopsticks.

Tips
Pumpkin has different water content, so this amount of glutinous rice flour may not be just right., you can reserve 50 grams and add little by little.
