Ingredients
Potatoes (2 pieces) | Mozzarella cheese (cheese) ( 60 grams ) |
Carrot ( A small piece ) | Onion ( Half ) |
Ham ( 2 slices ) | Butter ( 20g ) |
Pure milk ( 80ml ) | Black pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make cheese baked mashed potatoes

1. Prepare mozzarella cheese (cheese shreds).

2. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into thin slices, and steam them in a pot.

3.Use a small spoon to crush the potatoes into puree and set aside.

4. Cut the carrots and ham into thin strips, and dice the onion.

5.Cook and melt butter.

6. Add carrots, onions and ham and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry until cooked, add salt and black pepper to taste, mix well and stir-fry few times.

8. Pour pure milk into the mashed potatoes, and then add the above fried ingredients.

9. Mix well and spread evenly.

10. Spread mozzarella cheese.

11. Place in the preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn to 170 degrees Bake for 5 minutes, until the surface is golden.
