Milk ( 100g ) | Egg yolk ( 3 pieces ) |
Sugar ( 60g ) | Gelatin ( 15g ) |
Yoghurt ( 80g ) | Mascarpone ( 50g ) |
| Lemon juice ( 15g ) | Whipped evaporated milk ( 150g ) |
Yellow peach ( 1 piece ) | Mint ( 2 pieces ) |
Powdered sugar ( 15g ) | Ceramic cup ( 1 piece ) |
How to make yogurt cheese cups

1. Soak the gelatine in cold water in advance! Heating milk cadmium water

2. Beat the egg yolks and add them to the milk

3. Stir evenly and warm it up➕Soak the soft gelatine! Until completely melted

4.➕Mascarpone completely melts without particles! Take out and cool

5.Wash the cups in advance and set aside

6.Evaporated milk➕15g powdered sugar and beat until 60% thick
7.➕Lemon juice➕Yoghurt➕Add whipped evaporated milk in portions8.Stir evenly

9.Fill the cup! Freeze for more than one hour

10.Take out the decorations! A piece of yellow peach

11.Cut into cubes

Tips
Lemon juice, yogurt and other slurries should be cooled warm or cold Add more! If it’s too hot it evaporates and the taste is bad! Lemon juice tastes better with fresh lemon juice!
