Butter ( 45g ) | Water (or milk) ( 100 ) |
Salt ( 1.5 ) | Low powder ( 60 ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Whipping cream ( 120g ) |

How to make cream puffs

1. Prepare materials

2.Put butter, water, and salt together and heat until boiling

3.As shown in the picture, turn off the heat after boiling

4. Brush in the flour and stir evenly

5.Add the whole egg liquid in three times, stir well each time before proceeding with the next time

6.Put it into a piping bag and extrude the shape (I didn’t use a piping tool, I just squeezed it out, haha)

7. Preheat the fire to 190 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake in the oven for 25 minutes

8.Add light cream and sugar, use an electric egg beater to beat into stripes, then put it into a piping bag and squeeze it into the puffs and taste it immediately^_^
