Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Eggs ( 4 ) | Low-gluten flour ( 40 Grams ) |
Pure milk ( 40 grams ) | Powdered sugar ( 40g ) |
Salad oil ( ) | or corn oil ( 40 grams ) |

1.10 grams of powdered sugar, milk and corn oil, mix evenly.

Tips
When making it, the egg whites must be well beaten, don’t be impatient! Adding white vinegar is for faster whipping.
