Eggs: protect eyes and improve eyesight
Ingredients
Cake flour ( 68g ) | Corn flour ( 12g ) |
Egg ( 200g ) | Milk ( 40g ) |
Corn oil ( 40g ) | Sugar ( 80g ) |
White vinegar ( 4 drops ) |
Recipe for original chiffon cake

1.Weigh all the materials, open the eggs, Separate egg yolks and egg whites.

2. Add milk, corn oil, and 1/3 sugar to the egg yolks, and mix well by hand , then sift in the low flour and corn flour, quickly chop and mix evenly.

3.Add 4 drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat with electric motor.Add sugar in three times.Whip until dry peaks form.

4. Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture in step 2, cut and mix evenly , then pour into the remaining egg whites, then chop and mix evenly.

5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes, place in the mold and bake for 45 minutes.

6. Immediately after coming out of the oven, lift the mold 10cm off the ground and do two free falls, and buckle After cooling, remove from the mold.
Tips
1.The container holding the egg whites must be clean and dry, avoid water and oil.
2.The egg whites should be whipped into dry peaks.
3.The demoulding method must be carried out according to step 6.
