How to stir-fry Chinese cabbage with Hong Kong style sausage

1.Wash the sausages, steam them in a pot for more than fifteen minutes, and slice them when warm

2.Wash, drain and cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces

4.After frying over medium and slow heat until fragrant, add Chinese cabbage, stir-fry over high heat until raw, add a little salt and sugar to taste

5.Install to disk

Tips
I like to steam and fry the sausage first, because it feels a bit hard to fry directly..
