Cooked egg yolks ( 5 ) | Cake powder ( 250g ) |
Corn starch ( 250g ) | Powdered sugar ( 150g ) |
Nestle Cream ( 235g ) | Anchor Butter ( 100g ) |
Blueberry Jam ( 50g ) |
How to make margarita cookies
1. Sift the flour and cornstarch together into a clean basin, add powdered sugar, Nestlé cream, and melted Anchor butter and knead until the mixture is as shown below.
2. Shape into long strips, divide into small pieces and roll into rounds.

3. Place on baking sheet.

4.Use thicker chopsticks to make a hole in the center of the dough, being careful not to penetrate it..Use a piping bag to fill the blueberry jam and pipe it into the hole.Not too much, just a little.
