Ingredients
Beef mince ( 300g ) | Onions ( 120g ) |
Carrot ( 120g ) | Celery ( 160 grams ) |
Potatoes ( 200 grams ) | Butter ( 15g ) |

White wine ( appropriate amount ) | Sea salt ( appropriate amount ) |

Milk ( 50ml ) | Irish cratloe cheese ( 150g ) |
How to make Irish Shepherd's Pie

1.Slice garlic, cut onions, carrots, and celery into small pieces;

2.Potato Cut into pieces and cook in water;

3.Add butter and crush potatoes;

4.Add fresh milk and use a food processor to grind the potatoes into puree;

5. Heat a wok, add olive oil, saute garlic slices and onions until fragrant, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of pepper;

6. Add carrot cubes and ground beef and stir-fry until the carrots are soft;

7.Add celery cubes and stir-fry, add salt, add appropriate amount of water, white wine, light soy sauce, pepper, and basil leaves , cover and simmer over low heat;

Tips
1.Yellow-fleshed potatoes are the best choice for mashed potatoes; 2.When adding milk to stir the mashed potatoes, the amount of fresh milk should be increased or decreased appropriately according to the dryness and humidity of the mashed potatoes.
