Matcha powder ( 15g ) | Blackcurrant ( 1 handful ) |
How to make blackcurrant matcha cake roll

1.The egg white is separated from the egg yolk, and there must be no water in the egg white

2. Beat the egg yolks, add sugar, cooking oil and milk and mix well

3.Mix flour and matcha powder, sift into egg yolks and stir! The mixing time should not be too long to avoid gluten

4. Add black currants to the batter and mix well and set aside
