Ingredients
Banana filling: banana ( 100 ) | Egg ( 50g ) |
Corn starch ( 15g ) | White sugar ( 20g ) |
Milk ( 165g ) | Cake roll: eggs ( 5 ) |

Corn oil ( 50g ) | Granulated sugar ( 30g ) |

How to make rolled banana cake

1. Make the filling: put the banana in a large bowl, put on disposable gloves and mash it into a paste

2. Add eggs, milk, cornstarch and sugar to the mashed banana and mix well with a whisk

3.Pour into the pot, heat over low heat, stir while heating, until thickened and turn off the heat
