Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 120g ) | Butter ( 25g ) |

1.Add eggs, sugar, and milk into the container in turn and stir evenly.Finally, add melted butter and continue to stir evenly.

3. Sieve the cocoa batter 3 times, seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Whip the cream while the batter is refrigerated.Pour the light cream into a container and beat with a whisk at high speed for 3 minutes to shape as shown below, then refrigerate until ready to use.

5. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat.Pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and turn it quickly.Spread the batter all over the bottom of the pan.Heat over low heat until the batter solidifies and bubbles form.Remove from heat and peel off the crust.

6.Take 5 pieces of pie crust and place them in staggered positions, and spread the cream in the middle.Fold the top and bottom edges inwards and roll them up from left to right.Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 8 hours.

7. After refrigeration, take it out and sift in the cocoa powder.

8. Place the plate and start eating.
Tips
It can also be made without a frying pan or a non-stick pan.The butter can be replaced with corn oil.The taste depends on personal preference.I don’t like the taste of matcha, so I use cocoa powder.I used sugared whipping cream.If you buy sugar-free whipping cream, you need to add an appropriate amount of sugar.
