How to make brownie cheesecake

Tips
If you don’t have vanilla essence, you can leave it out.The picture here shows low-gluten flour, but I put it wrong when I took the photo.In fact, I put medium-grade flour (ordinary flour).You can also add high-gluten flour, but you can’t add low-gluten flour! Remember to cover it with plastic wrap when putting it in the refrigerator!
