Eggs ( 4 ) | Cake flour ( 130g ) |
Granulated sugar ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 4g ) |
Milk ( 150g ) | Salad oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make simple sponge cake
1.Mix the sugar and eggs, add to the warm water, stir with a mixer until dissolved
2.After dissolving, remove from the warm water and beat with a whisk at medium speed for about 6 minutes
3.Mix salt and flour, sift into the beaten egg batter and mix well.Add in three times, mixing thoroughly each time
4. Mix the salad oil and milk, mix them together, pour them into the batter and mix well
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes and put in the cake batter , middle layer, 180℃, 30 minutes.
