How to make two-color meringue

1.Prepare materials

2.Mix milk powder and cornstarch evenly and set aside

3.Add white vinegar to the egg whites

4.Use an electric whisk to beat until rough foam, add one-third of the sugar

5. Beat until thick foam, then add one third of the sugar

6.Continue to beat until the texture is obvious, add the final sugar

7. Beat until stiff peaks form and lift the whisk until there are small sharp corners

8.Sift in the mixed powder

9.Stir until no powder is visible

10.Add food coloring

12. Put the piping bag into the piping nozzle, then use a fondant pen dipped in pigment to draw straight lines in the piping bag, as shown in the picture
13.Put the meringue into a piping bag

14. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and squeeze out the shape you like on the baking sheet

15.Put it into the preheated oven, heat it up and down to 100 degrees, leave it in the middle for 60-70 minutes, then simmer for 5-10 minutes before taking it out

16.After cooling, the bottom of the meringue taken out will be smooth.If the bottom is not smooth, put it back in the oven and continue baking for 5-10 minutes
