How to make simple sushi

2. Make the rice in advance and cook it quickly for about 20 minutes.

3. Beat the eggs and add them to the pan, shake the pan to form a round egg shell.

4. Take an appropriate amount of rice and set aside.

5. Cover the roller blind with plastic wrap.

6.Take a piece of sushi skin and lay it on it.

7.Use a spoon to flatten the rice evenly on the sushi wrapper, cut the egg wrapper into long strips and lay it on , and sprinkle with a small handful of black sesame seeds.

8. Coat with salad dressing.

9.Start the roll.

10.After rolling it up, compact it hard back and forth.

11. Remove the plastic wrap, dip a knife in water and cut into small pieces of even thickness.

Tips
There is nothing added to the rice.You can add supplementary ingredients as you like.Personally, I like the combination of salad dressing and sushi skin.It is so delicious.
