How to make vegetable sushi

1.Wash the vegetables first and set aside

2.Shred cucumbers, carrots and ham, fry eggs in a pan and cut into strips, tear lettuce into small pieces and set aside

4. Spread the rice evenly on the seaweed slices and press firmly
5.Put the vegetables below, pour tomato sauce on it, and make the sushi roll tight (I forgot to take a photo of the rolled roll)
6. Cut into small pieces, a delicious and nutritious plate of vegetable sushi is completed

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, sesame oil and black sesame seeds to cooked rice, mix well and set aside
