How to make simple sushi

1. After the rice is cooked, heat it up, add sesame seeds, chicken essence, salt, scallion oil and balsamic vinegar and stir evenly

2.Cut ham and cucumber into strips

3.Put the seaweed on the sushi mat with the rough side facing up.Place the mixed rice evenly on the seaweed.Do not spread it all over.Leave some space on one side.Then put the cucumber and ham on top and spread it evenly.A layer of salad dressing, then a layer of pork floss on top.

4.Roll up and press into a tight cylindrical shape

5.Cut off both ends, cut the rest into sections and place on a plate, and call it a day
