How to make waterless old-fashioned biscuits

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2.Then remove the flour and eggs, put the rest into the basin and mix evenly.

3. Add the eggs.

4. Stir evenly.

5.Sift in flour.

6.Synthetic dough.(Remember not to add water. My ratio is just right.According to my grams, the biscuits will be crispy!)

7. Roll out into a large dough and use a lacy biscuit mold to cut out the biscuit shape.

8. I am using a five-star mold to press a few.

9. Then cover the baking sheet with oil paper and place the pressed biscuits in the baking sheet.

10. Then brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface.

11. The upper and lower tubes of the oven are 170 degrees, and the middle rack is baked for about 20 minutes.

12.When the time is up, place the cookies on the cooling rack.

13.After it cools down, put it in a bowl and take a close-up photo!
