How to make thousand-layer meatloaf

1. Knead flour and water into a dough in a ratio of 2:1.The final dough is required to be smooth and not sticky. Finally, poke a hole in the middle of the dough, cover with a wrung-out damp cloth and ferment for half an hour.(The size of my dough is about two loaves.Just add as much flour as you want, and add more water)

2. I bought the minced meat in advance, peeled the shrimps and put them in the refrigerator before and cut them into small pieces (I didn’t want to chop them too finely because I wanted the taste to be better), and then minced the ginger.

3.Add cooking wine, salt, black pepper and fresh soy sauce and stir well.(You can add seasonings of your own choice, you can add some cumin or whatever)

4. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible, but don’t break it.Roll out the dough so that it is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom, and wider in the middle than at the top and bottom...(Um, actually the first one is more in line with the requirements, but the one was really ugly.It was also my first time rolling out dough. Please bear with me ´_>`)

5.As shown in the picture, draw four lines on the cake to divide it into 9 areas

6. Starting from the middle, spread the meat filling evenly on the cake.Note, do not put meat in the right area of the bottom area.

7.Follow the steps as shown in the picture, wrap the handles bit by bit and stack them up.

8.As shown in the figure below. The best state is that the meat filling cannot be exposed. This is a picture of the first pie, so it is a little different from the previous one.The second time it was wrapped better, but I forgot to take a picture.

9. On the hot non-stick pan, use a silicone brush to brush a little Oil, be careful not to use too much oil, this is pancakes, not frying! When frying pancakes, the fire should not be too high and the meat filling in the middle will be cooked slowly.

10. Cut the cake in the middle and share it with your friends!
Tips
The thinner the skin is rolled out, the more meat filling can be placed.
Don’t put too much oil, so the fire must be small.
