How to make scallion pancakes

1.Pour the boiling water into the flour little by little, stir it into a fluffy shape with chopsticks, and then knead it into a smooth dough with your hands.Wrap in plastic wrap and leave for half an hour.

2.Cut some green onion to control the moisture.

Tips
