How to make egg and potato pancakes

1.Prepare ingredients: potatoes, eggs, green onions, and flour.

2. Cut potatoes into thin strips and soak them in water to prevent them from changing color.

Tips
1.Brush oil on the inside of the mold to make it easy to release.If the potato liquid sticks to the mold, you can use a fruit knife to cut along the edge and it will fall off automatically.
2.When frying pancakes, control the heat and oil temperature well.Do not fry or burn the pancakes, which will affect the appearance.
3.Do not eat sprouted potatoes.
