Four ( 250g ) | Yeast ( 3g span> ) |
Salt ( 2 grams ) | Baking soda ( 2 grams ) |
Sugar ( 20 grams ) | Red bean paste ( 150g ) |
How to make sesame flatbread

1. Stir the yeast in warm water, stir together the sugar, salt, baking soda and flour, and add Yeast, knead into dough.

2.Cover with plastic wrap and ferment for two hours until doubled in size.
