2.Cut potatoes into cubes

3. Steam in a pot

4.Chop green onions

5.Crush the steamed potatoes into puree, add eggs and mix

6.Add chopped green onion , appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly

7.Finally add an appropriate amount of starch or flour, I added three spoons , it feels a bit much

8.Put in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides p>

Tips
I didn’t use a mold this time.The shape would look better if it had a mold.Turn both sides frequently when frying, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pan
