How to make egg tofu cake

1. Mash the tofu and chop the green onions.

Tips
Tofu should be made from northern tofu.It is best to store the purchased tofu for a few hours to allow the water in the tofu to come out.The mixed batter should be relatively thick.If it is too thin, you can add more flour, but adding too much will affect the taste.!
