How to make scallion soda cake

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2.Weigh the low-gluten flour.

3. Wash, dry and chop the green onions.

4. Pour the yeast powder into the milk and mix well.

5. Add yeast milk liquid, low-gluten flour, soda ash and salt to a large bowl.

6.Add chopped chives and corn oil, and use chopsticks to mix into cotton wool.

Tips
