Flour ( 180g ) | chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make scallion pancakes

1.Put the flour into the basin.

2. Pour hot water in circles and stir with chopsticks until it becomes like cotton wool.

3. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for half an hour.

4. Chop the green onions and set aside.

5. Knead the risen dough evenly and divide it into even dough pieces.

Tips
Although the amount of water is given in the recipe, the water absorption rate of flour is different.It is better not to pour all the water into the flour at once, but to add it little by little.
