How to make purple sweet potato pie

1. Wash the sweet potatoes and steam them in a pot.When they are steamed, take them out and let them cool down.Add 10 grams of white sugar and stir until the sugar is white.Melt, add flour and dough and set aside (glutinous rice flour is better, I don’t have it at home)

3. 4. After all the cakes are wrapped and pressed, they can be fried in the pan.Heat 70% of the oil in the pan and fry both sides until golden.
