How to make chive egg pancakes

1. Chopped leeks

2.Beat eggs

3.Add flour, chives, salt and black pepper, Stir evenly~~

4.Stir well

5.Put in vegetable oil, pour the ingredients in and fry over slow heat.Don’t make it too hot or it will burn.

6. It will take about ten minutes (depending on the actual cookedness of the dough) to finish frying, and then you can take it out of the pan.I originally wanted to put on some styling, but unfortunately the remaining leeks were not long enough????
Tips
