Ingredients
Zucchini (1 piece) | Carrot (One-third root ) |
Eggs ( 2 ) | Flour ( 180g ) |
Soybean oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
How to make two-color egg pancakes

1.Get the ingredients ready.

2. Beat the zucchini and carrots into shreds with a cutting board.

3.Add a small spoonful of salt, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes.

4. Then add 2 eggs and mix well.

5.Finally, pour in the flour and mix well.

6. Add a little soybean oil to the pan, then add a spoonful of mixed cabbage and spread it evenly , fry 2 sides until golden brown, and it’s ready for the pot.

Tips
I did not add water when mixing the marinated zucchini with flour.If your zucchini has less water and the batter is too dry, you will need to add a little less water.
