How to make small meatloaf

1. Add hot water to low-gluten flour and appropriate amount of salt to knead into a dough

2.Close the lid and set aside (closing the lid can prevent the dough from drying out)

3.Prepare the filling: minced meat and ginger (you can prepare the filling according to your personal preference)

4.Put the meat on Add ground ginger and powdered salt and mix well

5.Take out the dough and divide it into four equal parts

6.Take out one portion, cover the other three and set aside for later use

7.Press the dough into a cake shape, dip it in a little water and stick it with sesame seeds
