How to make sweet potato cakes

1.Peel the sweet potato and cut it into pieces, put a small amount of water in the pot and cook the sweet potato

Tips
Be sure to use low heat when frying pancakes.I used an induction cooker and the heat was not enough.Evenly, the fried pancakes don’t look very good, a bit bananas.Next time I'll fry it on a gas stove.
