How to make chive egg pancakes

1. Wash and mince the leeks.

2.Add eggs and a little salt and mix well.(I added the other egg later but didn’t take a picture)

3.Add appropriate amount of flour and stir until smooth No graininess.

4.This is the mixed batter.

5.Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat it up.

6. Pour the batter evenly and fry over medium-low heat.

7. Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and continue frying until golden brown.

8.Cut into small pieces and you can eat.
Tips
Because I didn't add water, I just added two eggs.You can also add a little water.The batter should be thick and smooth.
