Ingredients
Walnut kernels ( 100g ) | Flour ( 300g ) |
White sugar ( 100g ) | Vegetable oil ( 120g ) |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Soda powder ( 2g ) |
| Baking powder ( 4g ) | Sesame seeds ( A small amount ) |
How to make peach cakes

1. Pecan kernels bought from the market are in the pot Sauté for about 1 minute.

2. Take out the peach kernels and crush them on the panel, put them into a bowl and set aside.

3.Put vegetable oil, white sugar and eggs together and mix well until there is no oil star.

4. Mix appropriate amount of flour, baking powder and soda powder together and mix well.

7.Preheat the oven , bake at 150 to 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes (different ovens depend on actual conditions)

Tips
After baking, if you find that the baking pan is too high from the lower level and the heat is not enough, lower the baking pan to the lower level, change it to the lower baking setting of 150 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.Note that if the temperature is too high, it will affect the appearance.
