Ingredients
Glutinous rice starch ( 350~400g ) | minced meat ( 40g (depending on personal taste) ) |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves (15g) | Green peppers (regular 5 span> ) |
Onions ( Regular 5 ) | Eggs ( 4 ) |
Fried tofu ( 5-10 pieces ) | Garlic ( 5 cloves ) |
Oil ( According to personal preference ) | Salt ( 5-10g ) |
How to make homemade pancakes

1.Crack all the eggs into the bowl and mix well (here Only 5 pieces are needed)

2.Put the glutinous rice starch into a container, add water and eggs and mix thoroughly p>

3.Chop the pepper leaves, green peppers, fried tofu, minced meat and green onions together

4.Put the finely chopped seasoning into the prepared starch container and stir evenly

5. Boil the oil (there are some bits in the oil in the picture because grandma just finished frying the tofu)

6. Put a smaller amount each time when frying (the tools are not available, so I just do it casually! ), fish it out when it becomes brown and floats

7.The delicious pancakes are completed (My house doesn’t look good, so don’t spray it)
