Potatoes ( 2 (smaller ones) ) | Eggs ( 4 ) |
Spinach ( 150g ) | Pork slices ( 100g ) |
Olive oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( 1 small teaspoon ) |
How to make spinach and potato egg pancakes

1.Peel and slice potatoes, steam and set aside

2. Wash and cut pork slices and spinach into sections

3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the diced pork and stir-fry for a while to release the oil, then add the spinach and continue to stir-fry until the spinach is soft.

4. Add the fried spinach to the potato slices, eggs and salt and mix well.

5. Heat oil in a pan and add the ingredients that have been stirred.

6.After frying one side, turn it over and continue to fry the other side.

7. After frying, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
Tips
When making omelette, control the heat to avoid overcooking or undercooking!
