How to make pumpkin glutinous rice cakes

1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and steam until cooked.

2. Stir into pumpkin puree.

3.Add appropriate amount of white sugar and stir evenly.

4.Add glutinous rice flour and stir the flour (the ratio of glutinous rice flour to flour is 3:1) , to synthesize smooth dough.

5.Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a round shape, (you can add fillings) and stick it with sesame seeds.Press into cake shape.

6. Heat the oil in the electric baking pan and add the pumpkin cake.

7. Fry until both sides are golden brown and remove from the pan.
