How to make shredded potato egg pancakes

1.Peel the potatoes, cut into shreds and soak in water for later use!

2. Chop the green onions, rinse the shredded potatoes, and the ingredients are ready for use!

3.Put all the ingredients into the shredded potatoes and mix well!

4.Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan.Heat oil and pour in the mixed shredded potatoes.Fry over medium heat until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side!
