How to make almond cookies

1.Crack the eggs into the sugar and stir evenly.

2.Add oil again and stir evenly.

3.Sift in low flour and almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and stir.

4. Knead into dough.

5. Divide the dough evenly into 20 portions.

6. Flatten the small dough and press in the almonds.

7. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper, add almond cake, and brush a layer of egg wash on top.

8. Preheat the oven, place on a baking sheet at 170°C, bake for 15 minutes, let cool until crispy.
